Thank you for visiting the Bambi Tagi website and your interest in our association and services. On our homepage, you can learn more about our association and the care we offer and contact us through various communication channels.

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

1. What data do we collect and process?

When you use this website, personal data is collected and processed. This involves voluntarily submitted data (for example, via an order form), data automatically generated by the server such as log files with IP address, and possibly personal data collected through third-party integrations such as Google Maps. Below, you will find an overview of the different types of data collection on our website.

Correspondence data (e-mail or fax)

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your data ("correspondence data ") will be used to process your enquiry. The correspondence data may include the content of your message and the personal data associated with the communication.

The provision of your data is necessary to process and respond to your enquiries. Without this data, we will be unable to process your enquiry or only be able to process it to a limited extent.

The processing of correspondence data is based on our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of our website and our business and communication with you. Correspondence data may be processed to communicate with you, recording logs or processing orders.

Your data will be deleted as soon as your enquiry has been finally answered, and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations, for example, in the case of subsequent contract processing.

Please note that Internet-based data transmissions can, in principle, have security gaps, and absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

Direct advertising to existing customers

By the statutory provisions, we may send our existing customers information about our similar products or services, e.g. by e-mail, without requiring their express consent. This only applies if we have received your correspondence details concerning the sale of a product or service, you have not objected to the use for this purpose, and we clearly inform you in every communication that you can object to the use at any time.

Automatically collected server log files

Our server automatically stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

These data are not merged with other data sources.

Data collection through third-party integrations

Truendo GDPR Compliant Cookie Manager - always active

We use Truendo on our website, among other tools, to store your cookie consent. The service provider is the Austrian company TRUENDO Technologies GmbH, Leonard-Bernstein-Stra&szlig 10, 1220 Vienna, Austria. You can learn more about the data processed through Truendo in the Privacy Policy at https://www.truendo.com/.

Google Analytics (Statistics) - inactive (only active with consent)

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service Google Ireland Limited provides. Suppose the data processing controller on this website is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland. In that case, the data processing of Google Analytics will be carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are now called "Google".

The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This website also uses Google Analytics for a comprehensive visitor traffic analysis, carried out via a user ID. If you have a Google user account, you can deactivate the cross-analysis of your usage in the settings under "My data" and "Personal data".

The legal basis for the transfer of personal data is your consent under Art. 4 para. 5 DSG or Art. 13 para. 2 DSG, respectively Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO, which you have given on our website.

The personal data will only be transferred to third parties if you have consented.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The data collected (in this case, the user's IP address) will be passed on anonymously to Google's servers for this purpose. This means IP addresses will be processed in abbreviated form, so they cannot be linked to a specific person. If the data collected about you can be assigned to a person, this is immediately ruled out, and the personal data is immediately deleted.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website: Deactivate Google Analytics.

In addition, you can also prevent the use of Google Analytics by setting up this plugin: Disable Google Analytics. This will save a so-called opt-out cookie on your data carrier, which prevents the processing of personal data by Google Analytics. Please note that when you delete all cookies on your terminal device, these opt-out cookies will also be deleted, i.e. you must set the opt-out cookies again if you wish to continue to prevent this form of data collection. The opt-out cookies are set per browser and computer/end device and must be activated separately for each browser, computer or other end device.

Google Maps / Google Streetview - inactive (only active with consent)

This website uses the Google Maps service. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enable you to use the map function. When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account with which you are logged in, or no user account is available. If logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not wish your data to be associated with your Google profile, log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and tailoring its website to your needs. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (also for users who are not logged in) for the provision of needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to creating these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right. For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by Google and further information on your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy, please visit www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator.
